Organic Tomato Paste (Conserva)

An exquisite blend of round Torremaggiorese and Prunilli tomatoes blanched a few minutes and strained in stainless steel strainers, then air dried in the traditional method for twelve hours until reduced to 7 lbs. of concentrate for every 220 lbs. of fresh tomatoes. No coloring nor preservatives added.
