A traditional tomato sauce, ready to use, made with organic tomatoes from Paolo Petrilli's own farm in Lucera, Puglia. Made with two thirds round Torremaggiorese organic tomatoes, one third Prunilli baby organic tomatoes, blanched together and strained in stainless steel strainers, then cooked for thirty minutes with organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sea salt, and organic vegetables, then strained and jarred in a glass container. All organic ingredients: white onion, basil, sea salt, EVOO. Acidity corrector: citric acid.
