'Romana' Artichokes With Stems

We harvest these baby artichokes by hand at the peak of ripeness and process them within hours of harvesting to preserve the fragrance and texture of the fresh produce.   These artichokes are marinated with a mild blend of Italian spices that is never overbearing .
